It will work perfectly for what we have planned for our shower set up. Our product also came missing the hose connector but I was prepared for that having read previous customer reviews. The reason I chose to order through Amazon despite the missing piece was the cost difference and free shipping. Received the product this morning from Amazon and just called the Paha Que company's customer service number at 1.888.700.TENT or (8368). The phone was answered by a very friendly and apologetic employee named Jeff that took my mailing information and assured me that the part would be mailed out to me immediately. The customer service and response to this problem from Paha Que has been outstanding. Mistakes happen sometimes and I'm more than happy to be understanding when the problem is addressed so efficiently and effectively. I was told that Amazon received a shipment of the floors that were all missing the part. Oops! I'm very happy that it's an easy fix. I also purchased this item and found the hose connector was missing. I called the company, and they were very honest about some of these items getting out without the part installed. They have the parts on hand, and sent me one which I got in two days. I felt they were very responsive and honest, and I appreciated that they made it right without question. I have since used the drain floor on two occasions and it works perfectly, good product. I have a friend who owns one of the PahaQue Tepee's and uses it with his Drain Floor and it fits perfectly. They use it a lot for camping. Anyway I was pleased with their customer service and the product. WE JUST RECEIVED OUR ORDER AND IT WAS MISSING TH 5/8" MALE HOSE BARD WITH END CAP. I FOUND THE COMPANY'S WESITE AND SENT AND EMAIL......IN LESS THAN 5 MIN. I GOT AND EMAIL BACK AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THE MISSING PART AND IT WILL BE HER IN 3 DAYS. IT WAS A PACKING ISSUE. WE CANT WAIT TO USE THE PRODUCT I THINK IT WILL WORK GREAT!
